Unless otherwise instructed, IDHA will import logo image from the Sponsor’s web page and Sponsor’s permission is expressly given.  If the logo image is provided by the Sponsor, image files must be provided in jpg. format with a file size no larger than 20k, 200x150 pixels.  IDHA reserves the right to reduce and modify the size of logo images in order to fit the web page layout. IDHA further reserves the right to place the Sponsor logo links and/or Sponsor name in rotation on the website.

Donations of samples and/or door prizes only are appreciated.  However, companies will not be considered as a Sponsor and products will thereby be distributed as IDHA sees appropriate.
