The Indiana Dental Hygienists’ Association welcomes you

 to market your company through our 2018 Annual Conference.

We have several ways for you to do this:

  • Sponsorship/Exhibit Levels: Choose from multiple levels

  • Additional Sponsorship Opportunities are also available!
  • Exhibit Hall -- open to all attendees
  • Samples: Given to all attendees

July 15: Sponsor/Exhibitor Contract & Payment DUE IN FULL:

  • Payment types accepted: Visa, Master Card, PayPal or Company Check (indicate amount due and type of payment on selection/payment page; provide credit card information, if applicable)
  • If your company chooses to pay via PayPal, please make sure you select this option on the contract and IDHA will email your contact person a PayPal invoice (PayPal fees will be included in the amount due)
  • Payment in full must be included with your signed contract
  • Confirmation will be emailed after receipt of contract and payment

AFTER July 15th: If Sponsor/Exhibitor Contract & Payment deadline has not been met:

  • Company’s name will not be included in publications
  • Company name will still be included on the website and receive verbal recognition at conference

September 1: Sponsors and Exhibitors will be emailed a confirmation/event reminder with an event schedule

Exhibit Set-up Information & Special Notes

Friday, November 2

  • 6:00am–7:00am:   Exhibitor Set-up
  • 7:00am–5:00pm:   Exhibits Open
  • 12:30pm–2:00pm: Lunch/Exhibits Open
  • Attendee registration begins at 7:00am; Conference begins at 8:00am
  • Exhibit tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Exhibit includes one (1) 6ft or 8ft skirted table with two (2) chairs (Additional tables may be available upon request, for an additional fee of $20 if space is available)
  • Exhibitors are asked to unload at the Pro Shop door; there is an elevator just outside the shop with easy access to the main lobby
  • Extension cords are available for a rental fee of $15.00 each OR you are welcome to provide your own

Exhibitor contract includes lunch (maximum of two (2) meals; additional lunches can be purchased for $20 each)

NOTE: If your company is unable to attend in person, IDHA offers an alternative option to promote your company:

Donate Product Samples or Promotional Items

  • Samples or company promotional items for registration bags (request 200)
  • Samples for raffle drawings
  • Companies will receive verbal recognition during the event
If your company would like to donate product samples or promotional items, please indicate this on the Category Selection and Payment form and identify them on the Sponsor/Exhibitor Contract.
