HB 1172 What Does is it Mean to You?
After July 1, 2008 HB 1172 will be in effect,
HOWEVER; Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants
will NOT be able to perform the newly delegated duties
of HB1172 UNTIL the Indiana State Board of
Dentistry establishes rules and regulations.
