Award Criteria as of January 2008
IDHA shall award life membership when applicable to a dental hygienist in good standing. The resume of the selected nominees will be limited to the nominee’s professional activities with the greatest emphasis on association participation, consecutive years of membership and include a
record of association services since initial membership.
