We invite you to apply for exhibit space immediately. Register by September 1 to receive recognition in the Annual Session brochure! Faxed applications not accepted. Your payment in full must be included with your application.

September 1 - Application/Payment is due in full

  • Applications with $175 payment per 6 ft. table must be received by 3pm on this date to be included in Session program.
  • Platinum sponsors receive one free exhibit space.
  • Exhibit space is not assigned and will be on a first-come basis.
  • Confirmation sent after receipt of application/payments.

Application/Payments received AFTER September 1st:

  • Late fee of $50 (if space available).
  • Sponsors/Exhibitors missing the deadline will not be included in publications, but will be included on the website, and receive verbal recognition.

Set-up Information/Special Notes for Exhibitors:

  • Exhibitors must sign agreement.
  • No exhibit may be dismantled before 4pm on Friday without approval.
  • Exhibitors should provide their company name tag if one is desired.
  • 25 ft. extension cords are available for a rental fee of $7.50 or you may provide your own.
  • IDHA assumes no responsibility for exhibit items/products during or prior to the session.

Please notify IDHA Central Office by September 1, if your company will be donating samples (300 requested) for registration packets, door prizes, and raffle items. Please contribute product donations by October 1, 2017.

For payment of Exhibitor or Sponsorship Fees, make check payable to IDHA and mail to IDHA at the above address, along with the Sponsor/Exhibitor Agreement (see next page).

All payments, questions, and suggestions that would help us make the event special for your company and our attendees should be submitted to the Indiana Dental Hygienists’ Association at the above address.
